𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗻! 🎉

My mission is to bring my customers' lampshade visions to life, with fabrics, trims & braids.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 ~ I love a challenge, especially when I get to give an old lampshade a second life!

I get commissions from customers who have an existing lampshade that could do with some 💙 taking an old lampshade, stripping it, sanding, re-spraying & then recreating. Not only does it save these lampshades from landfill, the frames themselves are normally an unusual shape & not easy to get hold of anymore.

𝗗𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 ~ For a contemporary touch, a drum lampshade is perfect. 👌

The bold shape means you can be really brave with fabrics & linings. From wallpaper on the inside to metallic gold finishes, even a splash of neon! The possibilities are endless.

But sometimes the simplest of styles can add a touch of WOW! Placing a stripe on the diagonal instead of horizontal can really change the look of a lampshade. 😲

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 ~ Empire shades still give a modern look but offer a nod to a more classic feel.

Country inspired fabrics, floral delights, go big or small.. Lighting can make such a statement & is even more important at this time of year, as we crave cosy corners & subtle lighting. 🌙

𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 & 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 ~ All gathered & tailored lampshades are made using traditional binding techniques & all hand sewn.

A labour of love I take great pride in ~ adding braids & tassels to finish off the look & you’ve something truly special. 💙

Lampshades can make a big impact. If you’re not a fan of pattern & print on walls & like more neutral colours, you can really go wild with lampshades. They can be switched up to freshen up your decor, made in any size, any shape & the fabric choices are endless. They can complement or clash ~ it really is up to you.
