FREE Delivery on all orders! If you would like a sample of fabric so you can be sure it is the right choice for you then we will send these out to you free of charge.
Unfortunately we do not ship beyond the UK when you order on the website. If you are outside of the UK and would like to place an order please email Caroline at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can look at delivery options.
Each lampshade is made to order and you will receive your lampshade within two weeks of placing your order. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service and you will receive your lampshade within two working days from dispatch. This is a tracked and signed for service which means that your lampshade will need to be signed for upon delivery. During the check out process on the Two Little Lights website you have the option to enter another address which may be easier for you, i.e. a business address.
We understand that sometimes something you order online just isn’t quite right. Therefore we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange, providing that the lampshade is returned to us in its original packaging and is undamaged. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on bespoke lampshade orders as these cannot be re-sold, nor can we cover the postage cost to return back to us.
Return postage costs must be covered by you and must be returned via Royal Mail, tracked and signed for. Not all delivery companies will insure lampshades.
If you would like to return or exchange your order then please email email@example.com and we will advise you on this process. Once we have received your lampshade back we will then process your refund or post out your exchanged lampshade. We will refund you within 24 hours of receiving your returned item – your refund should show in your account within 3 – 5 working days.
